Thanks, Scott for your advice. I have actually, placed my property on Facebook marketplace, youtube, Craigslist and with a local real estate agent. I have added the villa on the biggerpockets marketplace this week. What do you think? I am doing my best in placing the villa in front of many people.

Thanks for responding to my post. I want to buy a home for 20k with my cash under a LLC. I started the LLC in New York planning to buy a property. But after visiting Houston, I am considering buying there. I am unsure if I could buy under a NY LLC in Texas. What are your thoughts?

I would like to look into Houston Texas to buy condos, townhouses or detached homes. What are the best areas to invest with 20k? I am okay with little renovating the unit. I have an LLC in NY; can I buy properties under a New York LLC?
