Hi @Zach Welner

I'm a new investor & new to the Tampa Bay area.

Do you cover any areas east of Tampa city, such as Brandon, Seffner, etc.?

Welcome to Florida Gabriel! I'm your neighbor in Brandon. I too recently moved here from Northern VA. This is a great place to learn. Also check out the local REIA meetups. I'm retired military. Best of luck in your real estate endeavors Marine:-)

@Mike V.  I'm also searching for wholesale and rehab projects in Balt County, especially Rosedale/Rossville areas.

I agree with both @Mike Cumbie and @Account Closed.   Find the cause of the problem first & fix it.  Hire an inspector who will provide you with a report of the test results so that you understand the severity.  Beware of inspectors who try to steer you towards removal companies with high-end estimates.  Due your due diligence.  Get cost estimates for a couple of inspectors.  Also contact your Realtor or an agent licensed in your property locale.  They often work with remediation companies and may share who they use for their properties.

@Jaysen Medhurst  Hi Jaysen.  My home is Harrisburg so I'm very familiar with the East & West Shores.  I was looking to invest there but I'm not getting return calls from the Realtors® I've contacted in that area.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

@Jeff Copeland  Thanks for the info on DC & Arlington Jeff!  Now I also know how to begin my search even outside of my neighborhood.

@Uyenchi Ho

I was wondering the same as @Victor Popov.  Would really like to hear about your progress using the system.  Do you continue to use it?  I'd greatly appreciate your thoughts.

Welcome to Northern VA Nick. Yes, this area can be a challenge if you're looking to invest but not impossible.

I agree with Jaysen.  Taylor should search outside of Victoria city where he'll most likely find better opportunities for cashflow.

Thanks Dmitriy.  Great resources!  I really like the podcasts.  Fun learning.  Same for the webinars.  I'm getting addicted to them!  I'll definitely check out "meet" & add your suggested reading to my list.
