I thought Cozy did too but looks like they were acquired by apartments.com and functionalities are quite reduced.

Hi BP Members! New investor here. What property management softwares do you recommend? I recently tried the Cozy/Apartments.com solution but it seemed to be missing a lot of features. I am looking for a product (preferably free) that offers the following capabilities:

- online rent payment 

- digital lease signing

- applications/background/credit checks

- maintenance request portal

- property listing support to various sites
