The Deed is properly recorded in The State of Arkansas at Crawford County and Mountainburg, Arkansas.

Required by Law, a Title I have for my Vehicle along with Automobile Insurance.

Tax delinquent property an Owner is given sufficient amount of time to Redeem the land. Then unclaimed property will be Auctioned off by The State. Then acquired by Cheap Lands corporation and they sold the land to me. Property Taxes have been paid since purchased.
