I'm a licensed realtor in Los Angeles. What should I have in my contract to cover me when wholesaling properties? My brokerage is against wholesaling.

Hello.. This potential deal is taking place in Dallas tx.  There are 7 siblings and the one that's incarcerated doesn't want to sell. Can I purchase the other sibling's property shares? There is no will, no probate. What do you guys think?  Thanks

I truly thank you guys for the information. Bigger pockets is where it's at. Take care and be safe. I'll keep you guys posted.

Why is knowing the property tax at the beginning of purchase important? Say I'm purchasing a multi-family.
