Thanks everyone for the help! We will look into local attorneys to create the LLC.

Cheers!

Hello,

My wife and I are looking to begin investing in rental property and want to use an LLC to limit our legal liability incase things go sideways on us. Is using a local attorney worth the extra cost or would setting one up online through a company like Legalzoom suffice? If using a local attorney is better, what is the advantage? Thanks in advance for the help!
