Your ignorance is showing. You really have no idea...

Diversify your real estate business. The biggest mistake I made in my 40 year career was not investing in the very industry in which I made my living. It is especially important to protect yourself in today's Information Age economy.

There has been much discussion, and much controversy, about the education program offered by Renatus. I would like to invite all interested parties to come and meet us and actually learn about what we do and how we do it next Saturday, August 12.

Timing is everything in life and in business. We are in a unique time in our history as we transition from the Industrial Age to the Information Age. Renatus is the education model for this transition...laser-focused hands-on vocational-type education taught by actual practicing investors who do this everyday.

We all know that a college education today is overpriced and illogical for many people. This is your alternative at a fraction of the cost. Don't believe me? Come and see for yourself. The only thing it will cost you is a few hours of your time...the best hours you will ever spend. This is the best concept in real estate that I've seen in my 45-year real estate career. See if you agree.

Please contact me in order to register for seating. I look forward to meeting you.

Thanks Matthew. I'm not an agent and haven't been for about 30 years. I have always been kind of a Realtor at heart. I've worked with them on a daily basis, many of my friends are Realtors, we are in the same industry, I was on the Board of Directors of my local Board for a period of time and I understand your problems and worries and your opportunities. I can't even join alot of these groups because I'm not one, which is why I asked this question. I should have made that clear up front.

Thanks Tom. I am doing that locally but I'm looking to expand to the rest of the state of Florida and, eventually, the rest of the country. That's the kind of forum I'm looking for. Any suggestions?

I want to reach Realtors regarding the importance of investing in the industry in which they make their living. Where are the best venues in which to do this? Other than BP, of course.

I have a friend who is relatively new here. He is a licensed GC and building contractor and was the same in NC for over 20 years. He's honest and competent. Justin Beachum, JB Homes. I highly recommend him. You'll have to contact me personally and I'll give you his phone number. Don't roll the dice down here. Lots of con men. Hope this helps.

I'd like to invite any interested parties to a big FREE event that my group is having on May 21st. We are bringing in a seasoned investor from Chicago for a seminar on real estate investing. There will be a lot of information that will further your real estate vision. He went from corporate America with no real estate experience to generating over $1,000,000 in sales income and owning more than 120 doors of investment real estate. You won't want to miss it. If you'd like more information, please contact me and I'll get it to you.
