I just read your message today and I do believe we met at the meeting. I remember you mentioning that you were either in the military or transitioning from the military to investing here in Savannah. If we can work together in some capacity that would be great, as I'm looking to network and create as many fruitful business relationships as possible. I plan to wholesale as a means to an end, but I'm open to other real estate opportunities as well.

 Thanks @Jill DeWit for reaching out to me. I am looking to wholesale residential properties, but I'm open to exploring other types of properties to expand my knowledge overall. I would like to work with you if indeed I do come into contact with a property that meets your criteria. There is a great deal of vacant land down here so hopefully we will be able to work together in the future.

My name is Lee Gloyd and I currently reside in Savannah, Georgia, looking to network and learn the ropes of closing wholesale deals and investing in properties in the area. I've read many posts on the site and I'm at the point where I'm ready to take action. I would like to either work for another seasoned wholesaler/investor, or perhaps joint-venture so I can learn exactly how to talk with sellers and close deals. I understand the marketing aspect, but it's actually negotiating and learning exit strategies that I feel I need the most help with. I'm eager to take action immediately and get started in wholesaling as soon as possible, and I look forward to networking and learning from the pros!
