Hello Upstate NY Investors,

Is anyone currently utilizing the BRRR Model near Queensbury NY. We are in the process of doing our first BRRR and just waiting to close (its been a long process). We host the ADK REI Meet up and our next meet up will be focusing on the BRRR Strategy. We are looking for a local investor who has successfully done multiple BRRRs in the area who would like to come and share their experiences with our group.

We are super excited to announce our Guest Speaker for this Event. You have all been asking to talk about AirBNB and Short Term Rentals. Thank you for that tip about waiting to record the closing.. Ill talk to our attorney about that. 
And thanks for that info. I havent done any rent to own. Just long term and short term rentals. Ill look into this more about them being able to get their deposits back. 

And yes, we watch and listen to a lot of pace! That has triggered a lot of our new creative finance strategies and stepping out of our comfort zones.
