We run the meet up in South Glens Falls, the first Thursday of every month from 7-9 at common roots brewery private event room. The next meet up is tomorrow Thursday sept 1. I know we are a little north of where your looking to invest, but many of our members have properties in Troy, cohoes, mechanicsville etc. we’d love to have you!

We are super excited to announce this months meeting topic. We will be bringing in an attorney as our guest speaker to discuss LLCs and other business entities, joint venture agreements and risk mitigation in real estate.
