This thread is so beneficial! I guess my question is, after you buy a list from listsource, what are your options? How do I use yellowletters? If you don't use yellowletters, do you just print out the list and fill out all the envelopes yourself?

Thanks for all of the replies! I am still looking for a MFH that i can house hack. I really want a 4 plex because i more than likely will get a FHA. My lease on my current place is up in March. I am debating if I should look around longer or hustle to buy something soon! Also, don't have access to MLS so If anybody in the area that does-I would love the help!

Hey I am currently in Lubbock, TX. I am looking at my first buy. I set my mind on a MFH. There are some duplexes for sale near Marsha sharp free way and slide. I am just worried about the area. Are there any areas I should stay away from?

Like so many others I am new to BP. I am a RN living in Lubbock, TX. I have been obsessed with BP since Reddit took me here. I'm not sure if I want to go towards whole sale or SFH/multi family route. I want to also join REIA but haven't seen when the next meeting is. All advice is welcome!:)
