Hello I'm looking to get in touch with someone that could help me determine the value of a few small subdivision lots and a home in the north Baton Rouge, Louisiana area

Lot 1 & 2 are 40' x 120'

The distressed home sits on 3 Lots (40' x 120')

Good Day everyone, I'm currently looking for potential Hard/Private Money Lenders to build a relationship with. Hoping to find one lender I can call on constantly once I get the ball rolling. If you guys have any recommendations for the surrounding Baton Rogue area I would greatly appreciate it.
