Thanks for This! I’m doing a 1031 exchange and I am buying a new construction home in South Carolina. How can I estimate the tax bill as a non-owner occupied investor?

Anyone know how to estimate taxes on new construction homes? I’m going to purchase a new construction home and I want to estimate the taxes. Anyone know how I can estimate what e tax bill will be? This will be in South Carolina.

I’m ISO of Insurance Providers that allow pets and don’t discriminate on dog breed. I want to allow pets, but be covered.

I'll miss the Jan meet up. What's the date for Feb? I'm looking for SFH's in the $260-270 range because I'm doing a 1031 exchange.

@Brandon W. Wish I could but I can’t. I leave Tues afternoon. I’ll be back in Feb to hopefully have tenants sign lease. When’s the Feb date?
