We've got a great property under contract in Olney that we will be assigning to an end buyer. This property is currently occupied but will be delivered vacant. Property is in good shape, however the roof definitely needs to be addressed. The only real issue with the property is damage to ceilings throughout the home due to a leaky roof that was never fixed. Wholesale Deal!


Property is in good overall condition. Some will do more here than others.

1st floor - Open concept living and dining area. Has wood panel and carpet. Kitchen could stay or could be replaced. Rear addition is office/storage and half bath. This addition is slanting pretty significantly. The half bath had a leak as you'll notice in the pictures. Missing sink and needs dry wall replaced, spackled and painted.

2nd floor - Three bedrooms. Could use paint and carpet. Bathroom ceiling has a leak that was repaired. Needs to be painted.
