Wholesale Deal!


Property is in good overall condition. Some will do more here than others.

1st floor - Open concept living and dining area. Has wood panel and carpet. Kitchen could stay or could be replaced. Rear addition is office/storage and half bath. This addition is slanting pretty significantly. The half bath had a leak as you'll notice in the pictures. Missing sink and needs dry wall replaced, spackled and painted.

2nd floor - Three bedrooms. Could use paint and carpet. Bathroom ceiling has a leak that was repaired. Needs to be painted.

Basement - Nice large and seemingly dry basement. 

We have this property under contract and will be assigning our rights to an end buyer. Purchase price is inclusive of contract price and assignment fee.
