My main market is Maryland, DC and some parts of Virginia. I like working with agents and matter of fact I can offer a buy price service to agent where before they go on their listing appointments I can give them a buy price and contract they can have in their back pocket.

I have my eye on a property I want to buy but I just found out it is owned by Fannie Mae. What are the steps I'd need to go through to purchase this property? Is it possible?

I wanted to use the free "rehab estimate sheet" but it prints out with an extremely small font and gray instead of black. Can someone from San Antonio, Texas be so kind as to share with me a legible one, please? I would appreciate it!
