@Bhekizwe M. Im looking to send direct mail to absentee owners. I've found a couple nice template with yellow letter that I think might work. 

@Chris Policicchio Thanks so much for the information I have not listened to either one of those episodes, but I'll definitely get on them right way!

@Jesse Andrews Thank you for the insight on Yellow letters. I'm definitely going to try to touch them at least 5 times! I'm going to put together my direct mail letter this week. I'll post it to this forum before I send it out just to get some feedback.

Hello, 

Im looking to start my first direct mail campaign and Im wonder what should I include in my letter? I've never done any marketing of this sort before just looking for some directions.
