This is so good to hear as a new investor I was looking into taking out a HELOC to invest in a multifamily homealso but my realtor told me that it was a bad idea and I should leave the equity in my home as is

Looking to invest in my first investment property, but not sure where to start. NJ duplex and triplex are complete rehabs and I was told as a newbie not to invest in a total rehab. But all other depleted and triplex properties that are turn key are too expensive....LOOKING FOR ADVICE!!!!!!
