Looking to Invest in Kissimmee, FL

I'm looking to invest in a vacation home in Kissimmee, FL and would like to rent it out when I'm not there. Anyone have any information or own property already in Kissimmee that can give me some pointers

I sold a couple in Solara.  I would buy into townhomes.  The single family is too large and requires much more maintenance for small return.  Also make sure you have a very good property management company.  That is key to having a successful vacation rental.
