Hey guys when you fix and flip a house and make a profit what documents do you need handy when filing your tax return.?

Hey guys I fixed and flipped a house and made a profit. Are there any documents I should be gathering from the closing company and filing on my tax return? Or do I just report the amount of profit?

Hi Aaron do you know of an Hvac person down south? I was forced into a tight spot, my contractor left us hanging in the middle of a rehab. It’s one of those stories where you learn by experience.. haha.. I should have paid as the job progressed but instead I paid weekly and the work didn’t progress.. and then one day the GC never answered his phone or showed up to the site. Yup that’s where I’m at. On a tight budget but we need this final thing.

Now I’m looking around for a guy who can install an AC and take a look at our furnace situation.. any chance you know of a guy?

House is in a coming soon campaign and in need of a guy.

Hi Colorado House rehabbers:

I just wanted to give kudos to my cleaning lady Lupita. I struggled to find An awesome cleaning crew after A rehab. I finally found the right person, she was a recommendation from a buddy of mine and now we don’t want to let her go.

Lupita did such a great job on my last house that I had to give her a shout out. I’ve had many individuals come clean my houses and just fell short.

I tell people, it’s all about having a sparkling clean house for the new buyer. They’ll fall in love. It’s got to shine and make people say “WOW what a nice house!”.

She’s looking to expand and is taking on a few clients so I told her I would Recommend her wherever I can. So I decided tor each out to the community on BP . Remember she’s in Colorado.

I’m new to realestate and I’m also looking forward to attending this event!
