I do allow pets since I like my tenants to make my house, and hopefully treat it like their "home".  I do demand an extra $250 per pet deposit.

On the other hand, my husband would love to advertise "no pets!"  lol

When the property being purchased at auction still has people in it, what form do you deliver to the owners telling them they must vacate the property?

I always try and make my rental a "home" for my tenants...which, for many people having a "home" includes a pet.

LOL...this is what I tell my husband when he complains about tenants and animals.  I DO charge an extra fee in the deposit for each animal.  $250

Not that it matters that much, but I would like to complete my profile with a picture and cannot get it to work...resized, cropped, ect.  What is the secret?
