Looks good.  I've seen alot of business cards in my career.  The white color background looks sharp but dirties quickly.  You may not go through them quickly, so a cream color may be a better investment.

Be sure to add a website and social links if you have them for your business.  I have seen QR codes on a few business cards to quick link to social media.  Definately not a requirement, but it stood out to me as innovative when I saw it.

Torey-

The easiest way to convert is through Adobe PDF software.  This is the full paid version of the software.  The free version that comes on most devices does not have that capability.

However, there are free file conversion apps and programs online.  You may have more luck converting from your PDF to google sheets.  Once the file is in google sheets, you can resave as an excel sheet.

Post: Has anyone ever purchased or wholesaled a Historic home?

It would depend on location.  I looked into buying a historic home at one point.  But given the neighborhood that the home was in, and the restrictive covenants, there would have been a really limited number of perspective buyers.

If the house you are looking at is in an in demand neighborhood, it would be worth pursuing.  But if it isn't, I would steer clear.

Hi Jennifer!  The demographics are definately skewed in many types of businesses, not just real estate.  I am looking forward to building a strong and diverse real estate network.

Hi Jayson-

I would love to hear more about local meetups.  I saw a few posted on bigger pockets for Augusta. Are there any on the SC side that I should check out?

Hi Winn-  I have been looking at single family rentals or multi unit residential.  I am interested in long term investing.  I would be open to the occasional flip if the numbers work.

Hi Bigger Pockets Community!  I recently relocated to North Augusta and am looking to start investing in my local area.  I have spent the last 10 years working in financial services, and will continue until my investments cash flow enough to cover my expenses.

I am looking to connect with local investors and real estate professionals for long term investment relationships.  I look forward to getting to know my local BP community better!
