call the courthouse I know in Cleveland they have free legal advice for landlord tenant matters

just acquired a 4-unit with seven  possibly eight bedrooms in Lorain Ohio. We were exploring different options and we're interested in government-funded housing. Not sure where to even start. Any information is appreciated.

I'm from Ohio and it was interesting to me that all of the Airbnb providers teams up and went to the city council and brought to the table how much business it was bringing the city and they're fine to do it

I invest in Cleveland.  I just got my license.  Do Hondros online classes.  I finished the classes in a few weeks.  I called four brokerages and went with my small town firm.  I cannot tell you how happy I am with my choice.  They are very ethical and pay for all advertising.  When you get a commission part of your check is not going out to different expenses.   The only expense is E & O Insurance and they take $50 out if you make over $3,000 and only take up to $250 a year.  It should not be a money maker.  Call around and ask about commission splits, expenses that come out of your check, and training.  Commissions seem to be negotiable!

go to meetup.com and you can usually attend meetings for free the first time some reia are worth the membership and some are better just to pay per meeting

I called around all the brokerages in the area and found out the commission splits and then figured I wanted to go with a small-town agent so I negotiated with the smaller brokerage. Feel free to inbox me with any more questions

I'd wait.  Don't rush into anything if you don't feel good about it.  You will know when the right one comes along.
