I was recently wondering this same question. After doing some research, I discovered that there were nothing but terrible reviews for home warranty companies.

I think it is worth telling people about your real estate goals! They say that announcing your goals to others increases your chances of success for achieving your goals.

It won't hurt to talk about an FHA loan with a lender. You may be able to refinance and get rid of the PMI.

You could look into an FHA loan (putting 3.5% down) if you were willing to live in one of the units. It's not exactly no money down though. Good luck!

Not sure about email addresses and phone numbers, but you can get mailing addresses through the county property tax records.
