Learning to analyze deals
Hello, I am a new member of bigger pockets and a newbie to real estate investing. Right now I am learning as much as possible about investing in real estate. However, I am having a hard time learning how to analyze deals to find which ones are good deals and which are not. Other than the BP calculators does anyone have any other strategies, tips, or tools that they use or have used when learning how to analyze? Does anyone have any educational tools such as books or videos that could help me get a better understanding of how to analyze deals?
