I was actually just looking at the encapsulation process which seems like a more manageable option rather than the removal.

Thank you all for the input, I think we have decided to pass on the property.. It isn't going to be a good fit for what we are looking for.

Is the lead remediation pricey ?

The place we are looking at was built in 1880 (renovated)
We need to test it for the lead paint, but I wasn't sure how big of a process this all is, is it a timely process to get tested, and then treated ?

Should this keep me from buying a property?

Does anyone have any experience with good PM companies in Augusta GA that they would refer to me ?

I am doing research on different options to buy a RE investment.
Does anyone that has experience with Seller Carry Back have any tip, good stories, bad stories that they would be willing to share?

I too am very new to this and looking for financing, have you read the ultimate beginners guide? it is available for free here on the website and on kindles. I have gotten a lot of great information out of it thus far.
