I am currently in the process of getting my real estate license. I am also very interested in wholesaling can you do both at the same time, do a lot of agents do wholesaling too? 

I am located in Wausau and Stevens point WI, and I am starting my wholesaling journey and know the basic steps to get started to how to get a house under contract; however, I need some help after that. I am looking for an investor that I can find a fixer upper for that would be friendly enough to help me as needed along the way.
