Hi @Jean H. welcome! Sorry about your long term tenant experience. That can be such a stress to deal with. I too, hate confrontations but have learned (also by things biting me in the toosh) to lay all expectations out with both parties agreeing as well as getting things in writing/emails. 

I'm new-er to BP as well and have really enjoyed following forums and the videos. I'm learning through others mistakes on here as well as through the experienced helpful people who post on here daily.
