Hi Revathi,

Just wondering if you found answers to any of those very good questions outside of this thread.  I was thinking about Reno and its (touted?) boom along the same lines.  How real is it, and is there a good way to invest in it?

Does anybody have an insight how likely the Reno property boom is to continue?
If it continues, what areas do you guys think have the largest appreciation potential?
Is Reno really drawing crowd away from the SF Bay Area, or is that mostly just second homes?
Also, why is Mayberry-Highland Park so much more expensive than the surrounding neighborhoods?
