thanks Phillip.  Property is expensive in my market.  This was a good deal and had been on the market for a while

Have not had any luck with banks for conventional financing for fix and flip. The response I have gotten is that they don't want to loan for 6 months on a fix and flip 

Also have tried to find banks that do portfolio lending without any success either. 

So if anyone has recommendations for those that would be great as well  

Does anyone work with a private money lender they can recommend in Illinois?  Not HARD MONEY lender, strictly private money lender who doesnt charge the high interest rate and the points?

I'm wondering if you can tell me what you search for when pulling probate files?

Even though both lake and cook county Illinois claim they file the information online I can not find information on the executor, estate address, executor address, etc.  

It looks like I am going to have to go to the courthouse and want to be a little prepared as to what I am searching for.

The website gives you no info on property address or executor. You were able to find this manually at the Daley center?

were you able to find probate leads in Chicago?

I'm in the process of searching and not having any luck on the cook county clerk website and the directions given are the same directions I tried on my own. When searching I can not find property address information or information on executor

I'm having trouble figuring out how to find the right information for probate leads in cook county.  Wondering if anyone can help?

I believe this is the correct website (saw it posted elsewhere so I'm pretty sure its correct)

As an example I searched date 7/1/2015 and many case numbers show up.  I click a case number but the only information that shows up is case type, attorney.

I'm not finding information on the property address or any other pertinent information.

Does anyone know if this information is available online?
