I am a real estate investor in the Rhode island real estate market.. I am new to wholesaling. I do own one rental and currently rehabbing my first triplex BRRRR, by myself. I am looking to create a cash buyers list for properties that will be good for flippers or BRRRR investors. I know what it takes to get a good deal, since I know diamonds are found in the rough. Awesome, I would be on the lookout for the first Thursday meetings..  Probably become a member.. 

I also doing my first BRRRR!! A 3 family side by side duplex. 2 are done and rented. I will be moving in to the last duplex which is about 50%-75% completed.

I liked coming in as a guest, I know they have zoom meetings online now, does that allow guests to join or only members?

Looking for real estate investors in Rhode Island, Mass, and surrounding states.

Thankfully my tenants have have so far paid their rents during the lock down.. 

I don't know of any Government interventions in RI..

 I used Pawtucket credit for my 2 unit multifamily. They have the best rate compared to other credits unions in Rhode Island.
