Looking for cash buyers in Rhode Island

I am a real estate investor in the Rhode island real estate market.. I am new to wholesaling. I do own one rental and currently rehabbing my first triplex BRRRR, by myself. I am looking to create a cash buyers list for properties that will be good for flippers or BRRRR investors. I know what it takes to get a good deal, since I know diamonds are found in the rough.
