Allure has worked out great for me and for my clients.  Easy to install, clean and repair if needed.  And since it is a floating floor you don't have the problems you would with ceramic tile if you have any foundation movement.  I haven't used it on stairs,

I use and have all my clients use mysmartmove.com.  I have the applicant pay for it as their application fee.  Mysmartmove.com collects the payment directly from the applicants.  There are lots of other similar companies on the web offering similar services but this is the one I have dealt with.  My results have proven time and time again to be positive.
