@Preslie Hicks me as well! I’ve been sitting on this question for weeks and finally just asked! This is why I love BP!

Hello Everyone,

I've been studying House Hacking for about a month now until I came across the BRRRR Strategy (Buy,Rehab,Rent,Refinance,Repeat). I wanted to know what are some good Hard Money Lenders out there for first time investors ? Should I go and get a pre-approval like I would for a Conventional loan?

I was looking at Foreclosed HUD homes and was wondering, Will Private/Hard Money Lenders provide loans for these Foreclosed homes so that an Investor can then Rehab it and do a Cashout Refi on the property? Is this even a thing? Are there restrictions on what you can do with a foreclosed HUD home?

Congrats Man! Im very new to Real estate so I had a quick question. You mentioned you used a PML, how much of your own money did you put down towards the loan? What was the application process like?

Hey,

So I’ve been doing some research on Mobile homes and have become very intrigued with the whole idea of them but one question I have is what are some good websites to find Mobile Homes?

@Michael Lee thanks for the Advice Michael! I reached out to a agent who is setting me up with email alerts!

@Ola Dantis Thank you so much for your insight! Just signed up! See you on the 16.

Hello Everyone,

So I am currently in the Education/Research stage of my REI career. Ive been listening to alot of BP Podcasts and reading the House Hacking Strategy Book. Ive been reading alot about getting access to the MLS Database as a investor and how you should have your agent set you up with email alerts. Im very new to the DMV area and currently do not have a agent. My Question is how do I approach a agent and ask to be set up with email alerts? Will this cost me anything? Will they expect me to purchase a house within a certain time period? I want to be set up with these alerts to get a better understanding of the market and whats out there. Thanks for your help!

Hi LaQuan, I'm in a similar situation as you. Right now I have my first deal under contract in a 50/50 partnership with my parents. I'm also looking to house hack in the near future, but will likely go for a 2-3 bedroom home and rent out the extra rooms. Let me know if you want to get a drink sometime soon— I'm in Rockville.

Jack lets connect! I actually start a new job in Rockville next week so I would definitely be down to grab a drink in the area!
