I've personally had two friends that have moved to Newburgh and also moved there business there in the last 7 months. I've been pleasantly surprised with there experience of living in the community and all that is has to offer.  I've also been sniffing around Poughkeepsie over the last few months. I guess I need to decide between the areas and see what brings in solid rents and also going to keep there real estate value.

But there is something exciting about Newburgh which really intrigues me.
