Quote from @Paul Novak:

I am curious what others are using for property management software if any.  I was at BPCON this year and a few people recommended Stessa so I just switched from Google Sheets over to Stessa.  Does anyone have any feedback on Stessa, pros and cons based on experience.  Does anyone have any recommendations of what software they are using and what features they like about it.

We're using Digb and like them. Main difference is that they also handle taxes. I also looked at Qucikbooks and Stessa. I didn't like QB because it isn't specifically for real estate. Stessa had some features I didn't;t need and ultimately I also wanted tax features.

Welcome Beruk!

I have a couple property in MI. Feel free to reach out if I can help.

Quote from @John Pipitone:

I have a fully furnished home I want to put on Air BnB. I understand there is a maximum of 180 days for STRs in San Jose, CA. If anyone has a STR here, can you share what you do to maximize revenue after it has been rented for 180 days? Or is it better just to do a MTR? Thank for any advice.

Yes,, have STR in San Jose and can share some tips. I don't think MTR is advised.

A good deal :)

Depending on the size of your portfolio and type of properties, Buildium's a great option.

Was using QBO. Once I got a second LLC and STR it wasn't easy to manage by myself or setup without hiring someone so I looked at Stessa and Digb. Eventually went with Digb because they also handle taxes.

I have one that I can recommend

Check out Digb, they're using AI to automate bookkeeping.

Post: Excited to be getting started!
