fixed costs  50k

an at offer 590k puts ROI around 14% would this be acceptable for a high end flip?

I am looking for subcontractors in the colorado springs area for a big rehab looking for plumbing, drywall, electrical, siding, painting, countertops etc.

Hey @Staria Clark  I am currently looking into my options as well i currently have "Vumber"  and it seems good but i have not used anything else.

What areas do investors in Colorado springs and surrounding areas tend to stay away from? Whether its crime, gangs, war zones, or something else that can effect you reselling. How can I become aware of these areas? can i find these areas using the mls? Thanks in advance BP
