I dont know if this would be a cool idea. I think it could save some questions, if there was a glossary page for Real Estate terminology. What do you think?

Honestly i dont know what, I liked landscaping but soon found out i liked that more as a hobby than a occupation. Thats why i started reading up the hows of why everyone else became successful and thats how i found Real Estate and this website. Thank you however for your honest answer about wholesaling. :) So in summary just get a job in a real estate field that will get me knowledge and a steady check. So is being a leasing agent an entry level job? Im willing to put in the time and work i just need to find my niche and get my foot in the door.

Yeah experience tops school smarts i know....haha iv been reading so many books its not funny. So Agha Abbas how did you get to buying your first properties? As i said before im 18 and finding a job is close to impossible and i know it is possible to get started without money, so i dont know what strategy i should delve into but im excited never the less.

You can use the search bar above the account to look up a specific city or state and it will pull up people that live in that area. :)

So how does one step into Wholesaling? Do i have to find someone who is doing it and watch them? Since i dont have the knowledge to do it myself yet. Im really a baby to Real Estate and still trying to get my head around the whole real estate world :)

Thank you both Jack and Joel. Im so happy that i found a website where its members are consistent with forums and happy to help. I hope in the near future i too will be able to give back. On terms of getting started im glad you mentioned that Jack because i was wondering if i should either go to some kind of college class for Real Estate( I learn better when given assignments to retain information) as i dont exzactly have the funds yet to start. However iv read that it doesnt take money at all so im curious as to how i get my foot in the door. I dont know my niche yet so im not sure if wholesaling or any of those options is the one for me.

Hello im Landon and like i said in my profile im 18 and im hoping to be a fresh sponge to all this new information. Im really trying to get the lingo down and read all these get started books. Im so excited to see all these very simplified documents and i have to admit im a little intimidated by all the info out there but im hoping to get it all under my belt. I am from Maple Valley, Washington. From the success stories iv read and based on my current age my goal is to obtain 1 million by the time im 30. I hope that i can find a mentor and build great long-term relationships with everyone in the biggerpcokets community and hopefully one day can become an asset to others.
