If I buy a Forclosure in Florida to Live In while rehabing and then plan to sell, is there a certain time frame I legally have to hold onto the property? Not worried about taxes just time I own property? Thanks

Hello, I live and work in Clermont FL and can definitely answer location questions as many people look at a map of Disney area and it seems very large, but most places are within 30-40 min drive to Parks and Disney Springs. I have lots of patients that have vacation and rental homes here that are from Canada and they like the feel of being a few miles from Disney. I can connect you with my realtor Joey Fesser and he can help you as well as he has a network of contractors to help as well. Happy Hunting and Welcome to Sunny Florida!
Hello, sent you and Email.
Hello Everyone, I am looking at Moving to Sarasota and buying a Heath Professional Practice and the sale includes the space in the professional building about 1300sf. We are almost at the end of gathering data needed about the practice and now trying to figure out condo space price. So this bring me to funding and loans, entire deal going to be right around 300k. The seller is willing to do lease to own option and needs out so I don’t think I will end up paying much of an inflated price for the space. So my question is should I be looking at the lease to own or buying the space based on market now and in the next 3-5 years. Thanks for any insight!!

Post: Thoughts on Condo Units to Buy and Rent out.

Getting started into the REI world and have been analyzing deals and looked at several multi unit places with realtor but none have worked out on numbers (Thx for all the spreadsheets everyone)! After doing some expanded searching there seems to be many condo units going for sale. Thoughts on condo units as buy and hold if the numbers are right. I know it would be slower growth than multi units but there are units available that would cash flow with decent cap. Thanks in advance for input and insight!

I am crazy excited to get plugged in and start learning from this community. We recently purchased a home for us to live in and because we were patient scored a deal with about 18% equity on purchase. Now we have been fixing up to increase that and hopefully will sell in next year to work on next house/deal. I have been reading on the forums here and now wondering about staying put and using current equity to purchase next prop or to sell this and then purchase next house and investment with splitting proceeds and continue that to grow portfolio. Looking forward to learning and growing with each of you!
