@Jessica Osias

Have you had any luck with these contracts? I have the standard contract for New Jersey but it doesn’t provide an out clause.

@Odie Ayaga

My end game is to buy and old. This will allow me to let go of my 9-5. Once I have rental property income to replace my salary I will be in a position to do so. However I don’t want to limit myself. I would like to be in a position where I can assess a property and know exactly what’s the best option. Rather it be: wholesale, fix & flip, buy & hold or subject to.

Hi my name is Lance and I’m new to real estate. After listening to countless podcasts and watching YouTube videos I’ve decided to finally take action. I am located in Linden N.J. If there is any wholesalers, investors, rehabbers that wouldn’t mind providing me with some insight to the business, it would be greatly appreciated. The objective is to understand the processes. I know why most people fail at real estate. Most of us come from a regular 9-5 setting where our employer gives us our day to day routine. Its an established business with established processes. My goal in the next few months is to setup a process to wholesaling. I have looked into crm’s like Podio. If I can structure everything through this crm I’m sure it will be a great foundation.
