We are new to the Chatt area (less than two years) and we want to secure our first rental property to assist us with getting out of the "Rat Race", escaping the "Matrix" and so on. 

Willing to network and do "whatever" is needed to accomplish the goal.

Michael, thanks for the information. I am looking to come to the area to visit in June and we are looking for $450k-$500K for a property. My goal is to have a 3br/2bth triplex or fourplex with a small yard (10 year old and a dog). I would like to do an owner occupied and would look into other opportunities that would lead to package deals of properties.

Would like to connect with folks who have some network ties to opportunities. We are talking with a realtor in the area are working with the assessor (Washington County) to gain some insights on the Multi Family market as an owner occupied.

Small family, last of six kids will be with us and we would like grow in place that resembles our former home without the skyrocket prices of homes and real estate (Colorado Springs).
