Multi Family in Fayetteville, AR (Washington County)
Greetings,
Would like to connect with folks who have some network ties to opportunities. We are talking with a realtor in the area are working with the assessor (Washington County) to gain some insights on the Multi Family market as an owner occupied.
Small family, last of six kids will be with us and we would like grow in place that resembles our former home without the skyrocket prices of homes and real estate (Colorado Springs).
Would appreciate knowledge leads and forward creative thoughts to our quest.
thanks....lance

Hi Lance. I'm in Fayetteville, AR. I assume you're looking for property that's 2-4 units correct? The best MF properties are going to be off market deals, although some occasionally pop up on the MLS. If you can give me a little more detail, I can let you know if I find anything that works for you.
Best,
Michael Ward
