@Andres Blandon you have just spoken some powerful words, that I can relate to. My reason for becoming a real estate investor is not so I can buy the nicest car or live in biggest house, but in order to help others who are less fortunate than I am. I am from the island of Jamaican and there are lots of struggling families and kids on the street who don't have anyone to turn to but the street or guns. I want to start an organization down there to help these kids before they reach the streets or guns and families who are in need.  I pray every day that I stay focus on this path of accomplishing this goal to help others. 

What are you all opinion on using hard money to do a flip?

@Okeoma M. congratulations on your first deal. We would love to understand how you went about do that deal in another state. I'm in Florida and I've thought about doing deals out of state, because not actually being in that state it makes it hard. So how did you manage that deal?

@Tobi Rosario I'm here in Orlando, and I can honestly tell you the market is hot right now, lots of new development popping up here everywhere, so that means lots of new job and lots of new people looking to either rent or buy. 

What are the steps to analyzing a deal to know if it's a good deal or not?

@Adrian Smude Most definitely man, I'm welling to look at anything right now, and that area isn't too far from me. Like you mention, if it doesn't workout for you and your brother I can surely take a look at it.
