Has anyone on BP heard of the "Creating your own mortgage" form of financing deals before. You Set up the terms, length, etc of a mortgage and selling it privately to investors. It is very interesting and I was curious about learning more from some experienced and credible investors. It sounds like a genius way to cut out the bank and get more affordable lending then hard money but a little higher then traditional. If anyone knows anything feel free to respond.

Hey BP I have been putting in days and hours of research on credit repair and can not decide on which route to go or company to choose. Does anyone have any experience with this I have a great lease purchase deal I can't close because of my credit. I want to fix my past teenage mistakes and better my score. So please if you now any national companies, local Virginia ones, or how to do it myself comment. Really looking to start on this as soon as possible. 

First timer looking to do my first flip in the Central Virginia Lynchburg Roanoke area. I know you have to start somewhere points or interest really doesn't matter just looking for great deals so I can jump in and gain some experience.

My name is Lamont I'm located in Lynchburg, VA in the more central region of the state. I'm 22 looking to get serious and close on a property in the next month or so.
