What does SL 362 Discovery mean? What does Debt Setoff mean? All of these were found on the tax records.

I'm doing that right now and I'm starting at that as well and I'm starting at the lowest amount on the bill but taking the highest amount down and then going back and do the research. I'm just jotting down the parcel number down.

@Alex Bradley I am new at this as well, but I don't advise you to go knocking on doors. The way the world is now that's not a good idea because you already know to much about their situation without them disclosing it to you.

How can I find out where the most cash sales are being made? And how can I market in that area?

I need to find some investors in these areas. I have an extensive list that I'm trying to execute, when and if I get a contract I need some one to back me.

@Michael Quarles name and that I can relieve them of a stressful situation and tax problem. I can buy "as-is" so you won't have to put anymore money into the property.

@Ryan Blake no I'm not using a company. The letters & envelopes are handwritten.

I have a pretty good extensive list that I've researched the tax and foreclosure list. And alot that I've rode and found that's in distressed also, but I'm not getting any response from the yellow letters so how can I make the letter marketable?
