Does anyone have a referral for a bank that is great with construction loans? 

First time building. 

From my research I have found a bank that will wrap the down payment into the loan. Another bank requires 20% down up front. 

Pro's and Con's of both? Not exactly sure what the best route is. 

A lot depends on interest rates. I know construction loans are higher.

Hi John- I finally pulled the trigger with another investor and we bought land in BB. Per the developer's HOA rules the our cabin has to be minimum 1400 sq. We are in a secluded area called Woodland Bluffs.

This is great! Can’t wait- just got off the BP webinar with David. I’m new to this but very eager to learn and implement. I’m currently living in Lewisville! 

Any movement with this investment?  I am looking at this area too. Seems very popular.
