Hello everyone, Looking for feedback from others about buying a SFH around Roseville, CA. I currently work here and am looking to purchase my first home with my wife. I've been learning a lot here and we're interested in house-hacking and have been looking for opportunities here.

Due to Covid, it's been difficult to find meetups but I'm looking forward to meeting the BP community!
