That is good news, Bruce. I attended several of your lectures and you talked about going directly to the lender and buying properties at discount. Are you doing that as well and if so getting the lenders to come down to your level of price for your homes?

J Cramb,

I hear a lot about banks being overwhelmed by many REOs but I do not know anyone that has seen this for themselves. How do you know that there are huge stacks to be input'ed on assistant's desks. I ask this because if this was the case, the banks would be coming down on the prices more to try to move things along. The denial seems to be incredible.
