Gabriel Ehrlich yeah I'm trying not to get too mad cause it could be an emergency but dude is posting on his social media. If this guy doesn't have a great excuse then he's fired.

James Syed sounds odd but a bit worried cause he has all my information like my tax documents and such. Weird part I don't want to call him out but he was suggested by a really well respected investor in here.

Also I find him on Twitter and he's posted tons of stuff today and recently so it's not like he had an emergency or something so couldn't answer his phone.

So I decide I want a new mortgage person so I take a suggestion on here on one to call. I meet with the guy and he seems good, so we give him all our paperwork needed to get qualified. Bare in mind my partner and I already own 5 homes. It's since been a week and no word and the guy won't answer a text or call to save my life and that stuff drives me nuts. What should I do?

Have some patch work on a wall that needs to be fixed so looking for a worker to hire to do it. It's in Crystal Lake, IL. If anyone interested let me know.

Martin Peter yeah same situation with me. Everything I find on the MLS when running numbers they really won't cash flow much at all.

Anyone have good ways to find multi family homes? The ones on the MLS that I'm finding don't seem like great deals to me. Wanting to buy my first multi family.

I'm looking to buy a multi family preferably 4 units. If any agents know of a good one in my area let me know. Though if I'm going to contact an agent I might as well let BP get first dibs. I live in Cary so anything within 30 or so minutes from me would work. I'm going to house hack so I will be living in it. I found 2 decent ones but wanted to see what an agent can find me.
