If you're open to doing a little rehab on a BRRR method, then I don't think you need to really diverge between wholesaling for BRRR. You can look at homes that need some work, then choose if you want to WS or BRRR - depending on the level of distress.

Getting into wholesaling is an exciting journey! What tools have you decided to use to help with your lead generation?

What did you do to make your $60k? I'd recommend continuing doing that, but 3x every activity you are doing - either using yourself or some sort of leverage

Since this original post, virtual wholesaling has become big business. About 50% of the wholesalers I know, focus on virtual wholesaling. If you don't want to spend a painful amount of hours looking for leads via virtual wholesaling - try using Propspector.ai

They built an AI D4D bot that can review the exterior of thousands of properties in minutes, and provide a distress score on those properties.
